Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Within Germany, we typically deliver within 8–14 business days. For other EU countries, delivery takes 10–20 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on orders over €30 within Germany. For orders below €30, a flat shipping fee of €1.99 applies.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all EU countries as well as selected international destinations. Available shipping options for your country will be shown at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime in your customer account.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return my product?

Yes – you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order, no questions asked. The product must be in its original, undamaged condition. Please contact us before returning via our contact form.

How long is the warranty?

All Mountivex products are covered by a 24-month statutory warranty. If you experience any defects or quality issues, we'll resolve them quickly and without hassle.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage via our contact form. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (installments & invoice, subject to availability).

Is payment secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed via an SSL-encrypted connection. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Which smartphones are compatible with the AirGrip 360?

The Mountivex AirGrip 360 is universally compatible with virtually all smartphones up to 90 mm wide – including iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and more.

Which iPhone models does the Leathercase fit?

The Mountivex Leathercase is currently available for: iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max, 16E, 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max – in Black, White, and Orange.

How many charge cycles do the power banks support?

The Li-Polymer battery in Mountivex power banks is rated for over 500 charge cycles while retaining more than 80% of its original capacity.
